We were able to spend Thanksgiving in Auburn, Pennsylvania, with Mummy, Clark, Brielan, and Sam in a nice house in the country. The property had a river, a firepit, a zipline, and a beautiful view.
We were able to attend a local church branch on Sunday, and on Monday we headed to Hershey, PA, to visit Chocolate World! The men had to wear hairnets and beard nets when we made our own candy bars.
We played lots of games: Scrabble, dominoes, video games, Lord of the Rings Risk, and Bananagrams.
We decided to eat our Thanksgiving meal on Tuesday instead of Thursday, so we could eat leftovers all week. It was yummy.
Ben was sick, so I went with Sam and Brie to Strasberg to see a little of the Amish country. We found a great antique store there.
We snuggled doggies, climbed trees, and ate lots of good Grammy food.
We are so grateful we got to be together in a beautiful place. We give thanks for our family, for good food, for safety, and most of all for our Savior, Jesus Christ, who make all good things possible.
