We started off the week with some sickies at home. I was still watching Katie while Susan was in Arizona; so, there's Katie on the back chair, quite healthy, but both Lindy and Savitri were home sick from school. We had a girl day and watched lots of TV.
Savitri got better by Thursday and begged to go to swim practice. She did great learning the butterfly.
We had a fun activity at church for the relief society sisters. We followed a tutorial and painted an abstract picture of Christ. It was very relaxing.
Ben replaced our kitchen sink this week, too. That was not relaxing. Here's the before. The old sink was an undermounted sink, and it was falling out.
We put up lots of plastic to stop the dust from getting everywhere when Ben cut into the granite countertop.
The plastic helped a little. But the house was still pretty dusty.
I have a fantastic new sink now. Ben did a great job. (Don't mind the stuff all over the countertops.)
On Saturday, while Ben was replacing the sink, I went with the boys to a service project at a local charity. There were lots of youth from church there, and we got to sort clothing, paint shelves, and lots of other things to help. Rohan was there, too, but refused to be photographed.
