We had our first swim meet of the season yesterday. The swim kids all think it's fun to write on each other's backs to taunt the other team. I don't really like the practice, but Savitri and Bruce don't seem to mind.
They both swam well. Rohan couldn't come yesterday because he had a soccer team car wash fundraiser and then he went to the YMCA to assistant coach his little soccer team. Ben and I sweated it out in the 95 degree weather with the swim team. We cheered the kids on, and I fulfilled my assignment as team photographer. For the team to work, the parents all have to volunteer as timers, concessions workers, clean up crew, etc.
Savitri and Bruce also had their spring piano recital yesterday. They were amazing and both memorized their pieces.
