We celebrated Ben's birthday with some jerk chicken and rice and peas, followed by white cake with lime frosting. It was delicious.
Ben got a few new plants for his birthday, including a rose bush. His avocado tree that he's had for a year has little avocados on it!
The kids had online assignments from school this week to complete. Besides those, we went for walks, played badminton, and wrote inspirational chalk messages on the sidewalks around the neighborhood. The one in front of our house says "Find joy in the journey."
The kids also filmed their own 1-minute movie, complete with a farmer, aliens, and a zombie sheep.
