Thanksgiving 2022

Ben's sister Leonora and her family visited for Thanksgiving. They flew all the way from Colorado to get rained on here all week. We managed to get outside a little bit and still had loads of fun times together. We went to a drive-through light show, and later all the girl cousins had a blast "sleeping" over at Aunt Susan's house.

One day, Savitri got to go to the beach with everyone. I stayed home sick.

On the rainy days, the kids played video games, board games, watched movies, and did crafts.

Thanksgiving meant smoked turkey, beef brisket, and all other sorts of yummy foods and desserts.

On our last sunny day with the Saunders, we dried off the playground equipment and spent some time outside.

We also took the cousins to see the Houston Temple.

Here are the Jones, Butler, and Saunders cousins all lined up in age order. Leonora and family headed home last night. We can't wait to see them again!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We have so much to be grateful for. We are so thankful for our family, our home, and especially our Savior Jesus Christ.
