Baby Shower and Laser Power

The Wacky Wednesday reading spot was under the dining room table this week. Savitri is enjoying school. Bruce is too. He went to the "Freshman Fish Fry" on Friday. Alas, there was no fish, but there was a dance and an auction where the freshman could bid on seniors to bring them treats throughout the week. Rohan was sick two days this week and will probably have lots of catching up to do tomorrow.

We had a baby shower at our house yesterday. My friend Megan did most of the planning, and I provided the house for our friend Emily who is going to have a little boy in October. Megan made loads of yummy treats and another friend decorated.

Ben's new toy finally came in the mail last night. It's an upgraded laser cutter, and he's already made some fun things with it. More pics to come in the weeks ahead!
