A Halloweeny Time

We started the week off painting some ghosts and magic potions at family home evening on Monday. It's been a pretty Halloweeny week, and it's not even Halloween yet! The candy buckets are already overflowing from the church trunk-or-treat.

The dressing up has been going on all week.
Misti made this awesome Olaf candy container for Savitri to carry while she is trick-or-treating as Elsa.
Rohan was Halt, an archer from the Ranger's Apprentice series he is reading.
Bruce, for probably the fifth, maybe sixth, year in a row, is a ninja.
We found some kindred spirits at the ward party on Friday.

Ben and I were Morticia and Gomez Addams.
Savitri and I also went to a Halloween fair with our friends the Ashtons yesterday.
While we were there, Savitri FINALLY got a look inside a fire truck. She's been wanting to do that forever.
And what's a good Texas fair without a mechanical bull ride?
In primary today, Lindy and Savitri sang a little duet. They were pretty shy up there, but when we asked them to sing the song later at home, they were very loud and crazy.
