The Houston Temple is still closed because of Covid, but we missed going, so we drove over to walk around and take some photos.
We stopped at a yummy ice cream place on the way home. They had a Jamaica Me Crazy flavor and lots of other good stuff.
The elementary school had field day this year, with reduced numbers and masks. Savitri had a great time dancing, playing volleyball, and doing a tug-of-war.
I got a play date with Katie. She was a little old lady in her plastic high heels, pushing her baby in the stroller, and carrying Savitri's handbag.
Rohan started swim practice and is learning the strokes and how to hydrate during the day so he doesn't get so many leg cramps. The pool is next to a big neighborhood lake and is frequented by ducks. Rohan even found three duck eggs in the pool on the first day of practice!
Ben and Savitri discovered a new bakery on Saturday morning and went for a walk near where the new HPE campus is being built. We've been having some great weather.
There is a pinewood derby activity at church this week, and Ben has helped a lot of people get their cars cut out. The kids are working on theirs.
