Go Texas!

The school had a hoedown on Friday for Go Texas Day. All the grades performed songs and dances. Bruce and Savitri did a great job.

The same night, our ward had a chili cook off. Dad won for best vegetarian chili, and I won for my whole grain cornbread. We got some cool aprons.

There was more food to prepare on Saturday morning when I helped Susan to cater a stake Relief Society activity for 175 women. We worked hard, but the brownies were worth it.

Ben took the kids to the park while we were there.

On Sunday Jimmy Chi and his daughter Katherine came for dinner. He was one of Mom and Dad's exchange students in Idaho about 20 years ago.

The girls had so much fun together.
