The weather is finally cool enough to go outside and play! The kids attempted a three-person football game in the front yard.
Ben went on a bike ride. The paths are open again after the flood.
We had Monday off school, so Susan and I took Lindy and Savitri to see the new My Little Pony movie. They loved it.
Friday was our ward Halloween party. We had fun dressing up and trunk-or-treating. We had a butterfly, a ninja, Gandalf, and a midnight fairy. Ben went as himself.
The school asked the kids to do storybook pumpkins for the library about a month ago. Savitri and Bruce decided to wait until the weekend before they were due to let me know they really wanted to make some.
Savitri made a Pinkalicious pumpkin, and Bruce made a guy named Halt from the Ranger's Apprentice books.
They were very happy with their creations, and I got to make my first pumpkin sized cape.
