School was cancelled two days this week because of way below freezing temperatures. It was -10 F one morning! We had a few extra friends come to play since they didn't have to go to school.
We did crafts, watched TV, played all kinds of games, and basically did everything we could to avoid going outside. Brrrr. I didn't leave the house for three days. One of our crafts was designing our own geo-coins (a geocaching thing.)
We also spent a good deal of time sick this week. Bruce and I had crummy colds. Here is poor Brucey watching TV, remote in hand, not feeling so great.
We're hoping a new week will bring better health and warmer weather! We are so grateful for a nice warm home to be in during the winter and that the temperature has gotten above freezing for the last two days!
