We had a great spring break last week. Besides being lazy and playing video games and reading, we stayed busy dog sitting for a friend. Savitri and Lindy went to her house three times a day to take care of her two dogs and two parrots.
The girls' Destination Imagination club also spent some time painting backdrops for their state competition in April.
The boys each had their own adventures. Bruce played games with friends a few times and bought himself the biggest Lego set ever. He will be building it for days. Rohan threw his back out for a couple of days, but he is fine now. Yesterday he took his EKG certification test and passed.
Ben took the day off on Friday while I worked at the temple and had a date with each of the children. He and Savitri had breakfast at Panera. Ben and Bruce went to the Lego store and the mall. And Rohan and his dad went to Buc-ee's and bought way too much beef jerky and treats.
On Saturday we went to see Kung Fu Panda 4 and then we went out for lunch at an Asian restaurant because Po the Dragon Warrior kept talking about dumplings and we were craving some.
