Lots of Swimming

Bruce and I spent the first few weeks home from Utah sick. He managed to leave the couch for a few minutes on the Fourth of July to do some fireworks.
But mostly, he just did this.

While we were sick, Rohan built this cool Lego that Ben's boss gave him. Savitri watched lots of TV.

When we started feeling better we ventured out to Pundt Park, where a warm river and a little beach proved to be lots of fun for us and the cousins. We were the only ones there!

The kids also got to swim at Ben's bosses house in his new pool.

We visited Aunty Mala and Uncle Nyron in Austin last week and just chilled out in the hot, hot weather. It's been over 100 degrees almost every day.

We visited our favorite river in Georgetown to cool down as well.

Savitri loves helping Aunty Mala cook and take care of the animals.

It was nice and cool inside the Austin IKEA.
On the way home, we met our Jones cousins in Brenham, Texas, so we could play at the park and get $1.00 ice cream scoops at the Bluebell Ice cream factory.

We plan on a steady diet of ice cream and swimming for as long as this super sweltering weather holds up!
