Ben's youngest sibling, David, came to visit this Christmas. He and Ben enjoyed a few bike rides.
We all road tripped to El Paso for a few days so we could spend Christmas with Grandma and Grandpa Butler. It was a loooong drive.
While there the boys visited a famous climbing spot, Hueco Tanks.
It's also a famous dancing spot.
Or, at least, it is now.
The girls went bowling instead at a fun place that had rides and games too.
We also visited Carlsbad Caverns--one of the most amazing places I've ever seen. We descended the two-mile-long switchback path down 750 feet to see some huge caverns.
We had dinner at a great Chinese restaurant on Christmas Eve, and then we had a fun Christmas day with Grandma and Grandpa.
While we were in El Paso, we got the best present. Our new nephew, baby Matthias was born to Leonora and Kevin. We can't wait to meet him.
When we got home, we had Christmas Part II, because we didn't take all our presents to El Paso with us.
Thanks for all the great cards, presents, and well wishes everyone sent us for Christmas. We are so blessed with family and friends and love. We are grateful for the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ and this opportunity to celebrate it.
