What a Great Week

We had a great week with lots of chances to serve, spend time together, have family visit, and watch general conference. We snuggled a bit too :).
Aunty Mala, Uncle Nyron, Shanti, and Dhar came to see us on Friday while Uncle was on a work trip to Austin, a few hours away. Ben taught Shanti how to make dim sum.
 We played at the park.

 More snuggling.
And, of course, we had snow cones at Buzzles. We miss them so much.
For his birthday, Ben got a tag along bike so Savitri could ride along with him. It's a lot easier to go on family bike rides now, and she loves it.
Ben spent all day yesterday in a town near the Louisiana border helping to clean up flood damage. So many people came to help and there was definitely a need for it.
We were so grateful to listen to general conference this weekend. I especially liked the messages about how we could help refugees. If you're interested, you can go to IWasAStranger.lds.org to find out more.
We are tired and sore, from working hard and playing hard, this week, but we are so grateful for the Lord's blessings on us and our family. There is so much to be thankful for.
