Ben is continuing to train for a future 100-mile bike ride. Here is is riding by the Houston Temple.
He took the boys on a ride last week, and this weekend, he is going for a 50-mile ride on the new Grand Parkway here.
The kids have been having fun together. It's been rainy, so we've been finding things to do indoors, or just getting wet for fun.
We had also been preparing to go to Florida tomorrow. I made some little travel packs for the kids.
We celebrated Misti's birthday this week too.
And on Saturday, (hurrah for some sunshine), Savitri and I went to an Easter egg hunt with some friends. They are serious about their Easter egg hunts in Texas. The boys stayed home to work on pinewood derby cars.
That afternoon, Rohan went outside to play basketball and didn't come back until many hours later after a trip to the ER. He fell trying to catch a ball and broke his arm. For now it is splinted and bandaged. We will get the cast on tomorrow probably.
Ben baked some delicious and beautiful cinnamon-sugar bread to cheer us all up. We will miss seeing Grandpa in Florida, but we will still try to have a fun (and safe) spring break here this week.
