We had lots of wet fun this week. Our Thomas the Tank Engine ball pit doesn't fit in the basement anymore, but it makes a great pool!
We also got a new, slip and slide. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the last one. If not, the boys are going back to playing in the sprinkler.
Which would be too bad, because they really like the slip and slide, even though the water is sub-zero.
Ben and I went to a dinner theater production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat this week. It was okay. The part of the night we will likely remember most was our server, who was a cast member as well. Our server wore an off the shoulder purple sequined tasseled blouse with a matching beret and bell bottom jeans when he served our dessert during the intermission. Yeah.
Ben had a short work trip to Chicago where he worked a lot and then went to a Cubs game with his coworkers. We were glad to have him home on Wednesday.

We have water Wednesdays here! We love the slip in slide too, although I am pretty sure that our water is much warmer than yours. It is going to be a shock for them to be somewhere where the water actually comes out cold instead of bath temp outside. LOL!
